Harshvardhan drives the primary aspect of business – designing innovative credit solutions and delivering them in the most simple and efficient manner to SMB’s. He started his career with large private sector and multinational banks in their small loan divisions. Early in his career he was intrigued by passion of small business owners who inspite of being credit worthy were not served by existing lenders. Credit decisions in banks take months. His vision is to implement Big data credit scoring with analytics and artificial intelligence. He is a Chartered Accountant and pursued his Post Graduation from ISB (Indian School of Business, Hyderabad). In his free time, he loves walking and exploring the world with his wife.

Abhishek has over 19 years of experience in consulting and retail financial services. He has worked across multiple geographies including South East Asia, India, Australia, Africa and Middle East

Prior to joining Lendingkart, Abhishek was co-founder of Infinit, a Decision Sciences firm focused on providing Decision Management Solutions for Banks and Financial Services.

Abhishek has previously worked with McKinsey and Co. as Analytics Leader in the South East Asia region. He was also part of the startup journey of NettPositive (now Equifax Analytics India) and has also worked with Standard Chartered, Bharti AXA, HDFC Ltd. and Citigroup.

Abhishek is an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (Mumbai) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from NIT Surathkal

With extensive experience across the Data to Decision journey, Abhishek aims to integrate data and analytics into the decision making DNA of Lendingkart.

He comes with 24+ years of multifaceted banking experience having worked across Corporate, SME, Transaction banking & Retail Banking. Prior to joining Lendingkart, he was EVP and Head of Credit & Collection at Unity Small Finance Bank. He has in the past handled critical positions across firms such as Fullerton, YES Bank, ICICI Bank etc driving them to success. He is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) with a penchant for solution-oriented thinking.

He has over 12 years of experience in NBFC, Banking and Fintech with an area of expertise in the field of Sales, Digital Transformation (Assets, Liability & BIU), Fintech partnerships, e-Business, Channel Management, Business Operations & Partner Management, Product & End to end Process Design, Project Management, Mobile Payments & Wallet, Payments Bank, Micro-Banking, Banking Correspondent. Before joining Lendingkart as Head of Cross-Sell and Channel Partners, he worked in Bajaj Finance Ltd and was the Business Head for Digital Personal Loans effective Dec 2019. He started his journey in Bajaj Finance Ltd in Jul 2017 as VP – Digital Transformation. Prior to working with Bajaj, he had been associated with companies like Yes Bank, FINO Payments Bank and SKS Microfinance. He did his MBA from SIIB, Pune in 2008.

Asit is a seasoned HR leader with 22 years of experience across Engineering and Product verticals in various industry domains spanning eCommerce, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, and Lifestyle. His areas of expertise include M&A, Rewards and Benefits, Policy Design, and Analytics.

In his last assignment, he was heading HR for the Retail Tech Team of Jio Platform Limited which comprises Ajio, Jio Mart, and the Retail IT Team. Prior to Jio, he was associated with companies like Flipkart, IBM, Infosys, Computer Sciences Corporation, and HCL Technologies.

Asit brings in the right balance of strategic planning and execution prowess which had helped him formulate the right recipes for the organization he has worked.

He is an MBA in Human Resources and graduated in Statistics. He also holds a “Design Thinking Certification from IDEO” and “Global Talent Management Leadership from Talent Management Institute”. Recognized as “101 Most Fabulous HR Tech Leaders (India)” by ET & World HRD Congress in 2020.

Kamna has joined us as Chief Business Officer – Credit Cards. She comes with 18+ years of experience across Industries such as Financial Services, corporate cards, Travel, Loyalty, and tech where her work entailed various elements like commercial Strategy, Deal structuring, Sales & BD, data monetization, analytics, digital marketing & customer engagement.

Kamna joins us from Creditas where-, as their Chief Business officer, she spearheaded their Banking partnerships. Her diverse experience spans across PAYBACK, Adobe, Axis Bank, American Express & British Airways.

Kamna was Head of Acquisition & Performance Marketing for PAYBACK, India’s largest co-brand loyalty program. She also gave a new dimension to PAYBACK Business by initiating and developing the Corporate Rewards Business – a new segment within the PAYBACK network which was a significant contributor to PAYBACK’S growth. In the past, she has also worked with the corporate card Businesses at American Express and Axis Bank.

A seasoned Digital Marketing professional with 22+ years of experience. Prior to joining Lendingkart as Head of Marketing, he worked with Cheil Worldwide (Samsung India) – as Vice President, Digital since June 2018 managing Operations and Business Management for Cheil Digital, one of the largest digital agencies in India, focusing on Samsung’s digital marketing, advertising, and communications in India across all business categories with prime focus on planning, strategizing and executing communications for the online-first product (M series, F series, and other products). He was involved with multiple functions such as creative, social media, influencer marketing, data analytics, community management, client servicing, media, and front-end tech development. In his earlier assignment with Snapdeal, he managed the Merchandising Vertical and had the experience of managing a large and diverse team in a challenging environment. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in 2002.

Ms. Kumudini Aggarwal has been the General Counsel & Company Secretary of Lendingkart since November, 2015. She has over a decade’s experience in corporate commercial legal, governance, risk management, compliance and corporate secretarial matters. Prior to joining Lendingkart, she was associated with PDS Legal, where she worked as Corporate Counsel. She has also been a part of various corporate legal and secretarial departments of large corporate houses, some of whom were publicly traded. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a graduate in law from the University of Delhi.

Seasoned Technology and Product leader with 21+ years of experience in product development. Currently working at Lendingkart to build fully digital lending ecosystem for credit starved MSME segment in India. Previously, worked at Amazon for 7 years and was responsible for launching new Digital Payment products from conception at scale of Amazon Pay. Involved in managing large-ambiguous programs, driving 3P partnerships including mergers & acquisitions for inorganic growth. Also, managed strategic customer accounts at Symphony Teleca (acquired by Samsung) for Automotive Dealerships, launched v1 products for Law firms at CoreObjects and built engineering modelling products at Geometric Software and Intergraph.

In past he has worked with companies like Amazon, Symphony Teleca, CoreObjects India Pvt. Ltd, Geometric Ltd & Intergraph.

Nitin is a Civil Engineer from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Anisha brings 16+ years of enriched experience in corporate finance and fundraising for large sized corporates and NBFCs. Her areas of expertise include corporate finance, fund raising, strategic initiatives and managing treasury operations to name a few.

Previously she was heading the Bank Borrowing function for Aditya Birla Finance Limited, which is one of the flagship companies of Aditya Birla Group. She had also been associated with Essar Group and GMR Infrastructure Ltd.

Anisha has completed her MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and B.Com from Lucknow University

Vikram Gandhi brings over 37 years of experience and expertise in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Costing, MIS and Auditing. He manages and oversees various aspects of Finance & Accounts at LendingKart including fund flow, banking operations, tax assessments, audits, MIS and much more to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business. Prior to joining LendingKart, Vikram worked in the Silicon Valley in U.S. at ASA Computers in Mountain View, California, where he oversaw inventory management and credit analysis for the company. Prior to that, Vikram served as a Senior Executive of Finance & Commercial for thirteen years at Voltas Limited in Ahmedabad and Chennai, where he led several finance and commercial functions involving budget preparation, audit, taxation, accounting, closing of books and MIS. Prior to that, he also worked in Managerial Cadre for 3 years in Pure Beverages Ltd , Pepsico Plant at Naroda, Ahmedabad observing Accounts and commercial functions.
